the bond executed by her and Littleberry Causey and Principal and Lemon M. Causey, Ewell Webb
and Elijah H. Hicks as security. Court ordered that a rule ni si be served on Littleberry Cuasey and
the above named security to show cause at next term of court on 1st Monday in August next
why she should not be dismissed and why he should not give new bond or he be removed from
guardianship. S & R. P. Hall were attorneys for Nancy H. Hale. Attorney GG. P. Culverhouse for
Littleberry Cuasey and the above named security on 15 Jul. 1852 acknowledged due and legal
service of the rule ni si and waived copy by Clerk and serice of same by Sheriff.
1852 Jul. 17 pg. 120 ewell Webb petitioned the court that he was derisious of being discharged and
relieved from any further reliability as security on the Guardian bond of L.B. causey as Co-Guardian
with Nancy Hale.
1852 Sep. 6 Pg. 126 Court ordered that Nancy Hale be released and discharged from all future
liabilities as Guardian and that a new bond be given by Littleberry L. Causey in the sum of $20000
with approved security.
